I have changed my diet completely. I am avoiding junk and outside food and trying to cook as much as possible. I am hungry most of the time, but not because I am not eating enough. I have been very aware of how much I am eating, measuring my food, and making sure that I don't eat just because I am bored or whatever dumb excuse I normally use to shove food in my mouth.
I have made sure to make time for my family as well. I try and read a bedtime story to my son every night. I also try and make sure to get at least a half hour to an hour of playtime with him every day. Some days are harder than others. Weigh in and measurements come this weekend so we will see if any progress has been made. Hopefully the rest of you are keeping up.
